libccolamd2.7.1 software package provides constrained column approximate library for sparse matrices, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libccolamd2.7.1
libccolamd2.7.1 is installed in your system.
